Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with ResuMatch. If you are not happy with your paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date.
  • Refunds apply to the most recent billing cycle only.
  • Free plan users are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made.
  • If you have already consumed more than 50% of your plan limits at the time of the refund request, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@suryakanagaraj.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Cancellation

You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time from your Settings page. When you downgrade:

  • Your paid plan features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan limits.
  • No further charges will be made.
  • Your resume history and account data are retained.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, multiple accounts).
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window.
  • Accounts that have been banned for policy violations.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
